To our surprise, we discovered both of them were deaf, which made this shoot even more inspiring. With the help of a hearing aid and their amazing ability to read lips, we found a rhythm of communication that was fun, natural, and full of laughter.

The only challenge? Getting their attention when we wanted them to break away from a kiss — they were so wrapped up in the moment that they didn’t want to stop!
