It's not really a secret anymore... but Secrets Maraoma is the home of the abandoned mansion located s short 5 minute walk down the beach. In the last few years security has been posted in front and not allowed couples & photographers to gain access to the rustic mansion to capture a super unique location. We pressed our luck and they were not there when we showed up! We were able to get in 10 minutes before security showed up and escorted us out. Not before we captured some amazing images again from the special location! :-) If you want to get some pictures done in the mansion, be sure to talk with security and try and bribe them with $20 to $50usd to see if they will allow you in. This is the second time in 9 years that I (Lincoln) was not able to attend a wedding! :-( The first time was because I lost my site in my eye and could not see. This time... my wife had gone into labor and 40 hours later, I had to send in my team again to back me up! Raleigh and Thomas were amazed at the package they received.... and almost a year to date on there anniversary, they were back in the Riviera Maya so what better way to make it up to them then to take them on a intimate and unique Cenote Trash the Dress! Their TTD day even included some rain to add to the romance! Thank you again for your understanding and your wedding day will always be celebrated in our family as we welcomed baby Blake into our family! I absolutely despise taking pictures and was really worried about having any decent pictures on our wedding day . The photographers were really fun and made me feel comfortable . We were sad when they left because they were so fun . Some of my getting ready pictures and reception pictures weren't my favorite but I completely attribute that to the fact that myself and my family are difficult subjects to photograph.i can count on one hand the amount of decent photos I had before this day . Our resort had a high outside vendor fee and even with paying that we still spent less and got a better product than the resort offered . Jenn and Dimitri choose one of the best destination wedding, all inclusive resorts to get married here in Mexico! The Royalton Riviera is one of the newer resorts here in the Riviera Maya. Very popular with newly engaged couples for a place to tie the knot! Amazing views, white sandy beaches and the perfect backdrop for any beach ceremony! MTM Photography Review: Lincoln was awesome to work with. His asst. that day was Silvy (his wife who also has a company). They work together seamlessly and my guests were complimenting how they got in, on, around and under people for shots during dancing. MTM does cover resort fees which was awesome for me since it was $850. We also used them for TTD and that was so fun! I can't wait to get all my pics. The day was rocking hard and the HARD ROCK Riviera Maya just south of Playa Del Carmen! Day filled capturing amazing memories with our photo and video teams!
